Site Specific

We have an excellent reputation for our site-specific large-scale productions including staging shows on a mile long stretch of beach in Cornwall to Stately Homes and Castles.

Past work includes ‘The Edge” performed as a promenade production along a mile stretch of beach at Watergate bay with a cast of 700 professional, school and community performers, a huge selection of sets and dressings and 4 JCB earthmovers together with a roving sound system. The logistics were complex and immense, playing to an audience of 2,500.

We have managed the logistics for similar productions working with partners including English Heritage, Arts Council England and Coventry and Hull Councils. Clients include ArtWorcs, for a production staged within the walls of Worcester Cathedral and Arts Council England for a festival and Showcase at Rockingham Castle. We have experience creating productions within the grounds and buildings of English Heritage Properties such as Whitley Court and Goodrich Castle.

For all the above projects we supplied crew and equipment as well as overseeing all production support logistics including Health and Safety requirements and risk assessments.

Testimonial:

" I have worked with Production Manager, Pete Herbert on two productions:  Dreams and Ruin, an outdoor, site specific contemporary dance production; and on The Pilgrim, a play produced by Artworcs that took place inside Worcester Cathedral.  In both cases, Pete creatively realised the productions, both of which had some quite challenging conditions, and liaised brilliantly with all partners.  Always calm and unflappable, it was a pleasure to work with him, and would do so again."
